All projects carried out by Along the Grain come with clear and detailed user-friendly aftercare information to safeguard the quality and durability of your timber.
Aftercare advice will include how to minimise the risk of scratches, stains and damage to your timber projects, with recommended products to maintain the timbers finish along with cleaning tips and advice.
Along the Grain provides ongoing expert care and maintenance recommendations long after your project has been completed and are always available to provide support and guidance whenever you need it. Annual maintenance treatment is also offered for Along the Grain customers at a discounted rate and clients will be contacted approx. 12 months following their project completion to see if they would like to take advantage of the service.
