Uplift the original quarter sawn oak in the Grade II listed building, to allow new data and electric cables to be installed throughout. Installed new subfloor joist work and concrete to allow maximum stability to the historic floor and fixing for reinstallation. Damaged boards were replaced with reclaimed timber matching the species and age of the original timber. Machine sanded and sealed with hardwearing lacquer.
